Preparation

- For Diabetics: Mix ½ teaspoon powder with ½ teaspoon karunjeeragam powder in 1 glass of hot water and consume at bedtime.
- For Respiratory health: Mix ½ teaspoon powder with ½ teaspoon Athimathuram in 1 glass of hot water and consume.
